My teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that teaching and learning grow together. I view education as a reciprocal process, where both instructor and students contribute to and benefit from shared intellectual engagement.

The purpose of this course is to introduce the concepts of research design and data analysis, demonstrate how to review and critique research literature, and use library resources for educational research.

This course serves as the culmination of the Master of Arts or Education Specialist degree program in Educational Leadership, focusing on research development and the synthesis of literature within current scholarship.

Research in Educational Leadership II
This course examines the role of statistical analysis in the research process, with an emphasis on practical applications for educational decision-makers.

Research in Educational Leadership III
This course builds on Research in Educational Leadership II (EDF 7407), introducing more advanced statistical analysis while further developing problem-solving and research strategies. This course is designated as High Impact Practice — Service Learning course by UCF starting Spring 2026.
